It also offers many hotel options, whereas in the villages hotels are practically non-existent.
While you won’t get the same cliffside charm as in the Cinque Terre villages, La Spezia still has its own appeal, with a lively harbor, historic streets, and easy access to nearby destinations like Portovenere.
